Main application and characteristics:

M1332B type is suitable for grinding IT5 ~ IT6 precision of cylindrical or conical axially symmetrical work.

Workpiece, grinding wheel, oil pump and cooling pump drived by individual motor. The machine table longitudinal mobile has manual and liquid move.The grinding wheel frame lateral movement has hydraulic quick advance retreat, manually and automatic cycle feed function.

Feature

1. The grinder is designed for efficient grinding of external diameter , conical face and endface of medium-small sized workpiece.

2. Worktable, wheelhead and workhead are all able to be swivelled for adequate angle; longitudinal travel of worktable and rapid approach-retraction of wheelhead can be operated hydraulically or manually.

3. Linear speed of wheelhead is 50m/s, cooling system use magnetic separator to delete iron chips, the grinder can be operated in plugecut semi-automatic pre-travel circle operation to meet the needs of both one-off, batch-bulk or mass production.
